Custom Orders

The people who make fiberart stoles for C&M Designs are professionals working in their own studios throughout North America. We are constantly putting up new work for sale on our web pages and can send photos of a work-in-progress if a customer wants to "reserve" a clerical stole for purchase when it is completed.
Superior Service and Quality
When a custom order is requested, we work closely with the buyer and the artist(s) to assure a good outcome. We work first with the customers to make certain their needs and expectations for their clergy stole can be met, then with the artisans who are the most likely to deliver the kind and quality of product that the customers desire.

The Best Possible Outcome
A custom-made vestment designed by the artist and made to the satisfaction of the buyer at a price agreed-on by all parties -- that is our definition of success! C&M Designs is a company uniquely positioned to "broker" the purchase of custom-designed vestments. Contact us with questions or requests. We appreciate your interest. CandMDesigns@aol.com

All custom orders begin with a conversation. Let us know what you have in mind, whose work is closest to what you want, and any specific requirements we need to know about such as date of delivery, budget, etc. You can open the dialog with an e-mail to us at CandMDesigns@aol.com. To reach us by telephone, call (336) 722-0421 (Eastern time zone, USA).

We value the skills and talents of the artisans whose work you see in our web gallery. We are privileged to serve as their representatives and we have promised to make every effort to assure that their time and energies are well spent when they are dealing with us. It is by their request that we work first with the customers to get a clear understanding of what is desired and what is feasible before we present a custom order request to them. Your cooperation in this will be appreciated and will streamline the process of placing and completing your custom order.

C&M Designs fiberart stoles are made by professionals working in their own studios across North America. Many of the techniques can be adapted for custom designs. The hand-painted foliage seen here is part of a series by Annie Kendall. Her work is truly unique, lending itself to variations on a theme such as "Palms Up To God", one of her favorites.

Time marches on. The artists have to be allowed sufficient lead time to produce the stole you want and other customers may be ahead of you. If you have a specific date or occasion in mind, don't wait. Contact CandMDesigns@aol.com or phone (336) 722-0421 and let us tell you whether we can meet your deadline.
